Upper area of stats (tenacity/spell vamp/etc) show up on mouseover when shop is open

The upper area of stats will show mouseover tooltips when the shop is open and your mouse hovers where the extended stats would normally be, even if the stat panel is minimized. I've only noticed this on ARAM, not sure if it happens on other maps as well (it might because its a HUD thing).
