Anyone else feeling a lack of response from Rengar?

I've been playing my favourite jungle cat a lot recently and I'm noticing a huge bit of latency when trying to jump from a bush or my ult...latency is probably the wrong word to use here but the whole "click/attack move to this unit" thing has been extremely unresponsive when stepping in and out of bushes.
