"Attempt to join queue failed"

If members from Riot read these post, then what the hell is wrong with your match making system?

I've had three fake 'failed to join queue' messages show up and I have been punished with a cooldown timer for all of them. Twice in casual and once in ranked.

In fact, in my last match I was very careful to select my opponent and I had one of my other teammates dodge the queue but for some reason I've been punished with a timer for something I had no control over.

I am sure I am not the only person facing these false queue dodges and I am not the only one who is also being punished for the mistakes of teammates. This issue has existed since the last two patches (I started playing at around 8.17) and the issue exists as is.

I play mostly on Garena but that shouldn't make a difference since Garena has way better connectivity in my country.
