Cant see summoner names or levels of champs in game.
After patch i noticed in game i couldnt see anyones name or level its just blank in the level square.

Try repairing your client it takes a while but i had this very same issue and this worked for me incase you dont know where it is its the question mark in the corner in the login screen hope this helps
