Please take a look at individual champion rating systems

I used to get tons of s~ ratings on shaco just trolling in previous seasons, haven't gotten 1 in well over 100 try-hard matches this season with dozens of great performances and superb end game stats.

I've gotten 4 s~ ratings from about a dozen matches on maokai with maybe one being truely remarkable...

I've seen this with other champs as well.

There is an absurdly obvious discrepancy from my prospective.
