Mouse Pointer Speed Remains constant and unchangeable when I have my client open

Hello so I've had an issue that hasn't been a problem until now - Before my mouse speed would reset every time i get into a game so I could just go into my settings and change it before every game. But now, not even that helps. My pointer speed does not change with my client open, but does change when I'm outside of the client on windows. Its making it unplayable because I can't move my mouse fast enough. Help?
