Ekko Shop Bug

I've searched for this bug and apparently it hasn't been posted, so here.

It's not insanely harmful, but it just makes the game look bad for having issues like this.

Issue: When you buy something in the shop as Ekko after recalling and regenerating health, undoing the item will also undo your mana/health regen for the past 3-4 seconds.
