[GAMEPLAY] Karthus ult reset with the wrong cooldown

At approximately 21:12 in this game, I cast my ult as Karthus and the cooldown went to 120s instead of 66s. At this point in the game, I had 45% CDR + fully-stacked Ultimate Hunter
