unlocked screen and disabled smartcast

So I just tried playing in a match and my screen which was originally ALWAYS locked on my character was unlocked, and wouldn't lock again, and my smart cast disabled itself and wouldn't let me re-enable it, I had to click on each spells icon then left click on the target, what do I do to fix this?

EDIT: it also required me to click on summs and recall to activate them.
