I Encountered a Bug with Loot Crafting

A few days ago I tried to open a Key and a Chest in the loot system, but when I used the Key and Box I received nothing and my Key and Chest were gone. I figured it might have been a visual glitch, but this happened almost a week ago and I still do not have my Key and Chest, nor do I have any Skin or Champion shards that I did not have before I tried to craft them (and before you ask, no I did not get an extra shard from the ones I still have. Before I used the chest I had a single Arcade Riven Shard and a single Mech vs. Minion Ward Shard and that's still all I have). Its a bit annoying that the system just ate my stuff without giving me anything, and if it happened to me I'm sure its probably happened to other people. Any help is appreciated.
