[Bug] Morgana's Black Shield is absorbing Vel'koz ultimate TRUE damage as if it were magic damage

Just played a game against a morgana on the live servers and watched her black shield absorb my ult damage as magic dmg even after it triggered the passive to convert into full true damage. Please fix this.

The ray deals magic damage in 0.25 seconds intervals to enemies caught in its wake, and Slow icon slows them by 20% for 1 second. Organic Deconstruction.png Deconstruction is applied every 0.7 seconds to enemies hit, up to 3 stacks. Researched enemies take true damage instead.

To be clear: The Black Shield is absorbing the true damage while the enemy is researched as if they weren't researched and the dmg was still magic.
