Map specific server message for non-map-specific issue

So apparently sometimes the game will have issues finding or spinning up the server for your match. That's understandable, and it says in the champ select chat something like [System Notification] We are experincing server issues. Please be patient, Summoner's Rift will load in a moment.

The problem is this message will appear regardless of the game mode. I've played both ARAM and Twisted Treeline and it says summoner's rift. It makes you think that's what's actually going to load up despite what game mode you chose.
