Does anyone know how to disable Camera Zoom In-Game?

I have had this issue for a long time now where my Camera In-Game would randomly Zoom in by itself slowly without me noticing. It's not me because I even tried to tape the wheel on my Mouse to make sure it doesn't move by any means and the Camera In-Game still Zooms in lol.
