[Gameplay] Sylas' passive "Petricite burst" doesn't activate Luden's Echo or Runic Echoes
Sylas' passive doesn't proc unique passive - echo when similar effects, such as Elise's passive, does.

Simliar???! Elise and Sylas have totally different passives.
Elise's passive in human form gives her extra spiderlings and her spider form give her bonus damage and healing.
Sylas' passive modifies his attack when he uses spells. It turns it from a basic melee into an AoE.
