Weird default options

Every single game I have to realign the scoreboard (tab screen). For some reason, it's always moved to the bottom left corner of my screen on top of team chat.

Also, every time I start a game on red side, the camera defaults to making me look at bot lane between the inhib turret and the inner turret.
