Client Crahsing in ranked Q's plz riot.

My client has crashed or bugged out twice now in ranked q's as im selecting a champion I was not only demoted but i had negative points put on this account by riot due to a glitch in the up date. Plz fix this Riot the game is crashing before champ select very frustrating when your counting it against me when its the host fault.
