[Gameplay] Rift Herald not giving devourer stacks for assists
You're meant to get devourer stacks from all jungle monsters as long as you assisted in killing it. Rift Herald does not.
How to reproduce:
- Get devourer.
- Kill Rift Herald with a team mate, let your team mate deal the killing blow.
- Notice that no stacks were gained.
