[Gameplay] NOW THAT VEIGAR IS IN FREE WEEK CAN WE FIX THE VISUAL BUG THAT'S EXISTED FOR MONTHS???

The health bar on the Bad Santa Veigar skin has been bugged for months now. The bar is so low that it blocks off his hat and recall animation. I've brought this bug to this forum many times, but Riot has yet to notice yet. None of his other skins are like this.

As you can see, this is either a major visual bug or Riots idea of a short joke. Either way, Veigar is not happy.

EDIT: Apparently the only images I can find of the bug are in .png format, not .jpg format and so they won't show up unless you click the links. Sorry about that, if you have any images of the bug yourself please post them in the comments and I'll fix this.
