[Gameplay] Pantheon R is bugged

As you can see from http://i.imgur.com/jVNaJNj.png the tooltip clearly says that pantheon ult takes 2 sec and then 1,5 sec, but ingame the spell is bugged, the jump part works properly http://i.imgur.com/dDHGJ94.jpg but the fall part is 2 sec instead 1,5 http://i.imgur.com/E30ei1A.jpg
