IMO a bug caps used at worlds
so far irelia is the only champ who is able to REactive her e durign zhonyas (or in caps' case stopwatch)
as stasis clearly states it makes you unable to do ANYTHING this is a bug imo.

can also reactivate her Q during zhonyas. I am unaware if this is a bug or intentional.
Resolution1 votesLux is unable to activate W when in statis or silenced, so no idea.
Seems some champions can ignore rules, while others doing the same can't.
