I can't use abilities and left click pings. "open league" button doesnt give warnings anymore

There's a bug while in game where I can't use abilities or summoners (and i assume items) and when i left click it pings. I'm also unable to switch between locked and unlocked camera.

Clicking the open league icon when it's already open no longer displays a warning message asking if you want to close your current client. So if you're in a game and tab out and accidentally click the icon then it closes league without warning.
