Boards not acting fully functional?

So i have been on the boards for a few weeks and thought i am from the EuW Region i find myself enjoying just the same 100% of the functions for the NA boards....or so i thought until ever since yesterday i find myself restricted in some Things. Sometimes whenever i try to start a topic the page crashes and i Need to legitimately restart the entire browser for it to work, more and more recently i am unable to up- or downvote Posts with the exhaust Symbol popping up and warning me that i am not able to do that. Sometimes when i want to make a board page it just resets me to the boards home without having ever created my page at all, same with some comments but not as common as with the page creations.

Any advices on how to proceed? i really do not like the idea of having to close and restart my entire browser all half hour JUST to have a free word.
