Omega Squad Teemos fucking auto attack is STILLLLLL broken, and has about a .45 second delay after the shot makes contact before damage is applied. This makes CSing INCREDIBLY HARD, and I finally have some video proof. Skip to about halfway through the video, and you can compare the auto attack response time to Braum's. Fucking ridiculous
