Master Yi Alpha Bug?

I've been noticing that when trying to dodge abilities (Ahri's charm, Warwick's infinite duress, and Morgana's binding) my alpha will go off but when I come out I'm cc'd.

I don't know if this was intended, and I need to use alpha strike milliseconds earlier (although I do have le east coast ping, so that affects it too), or if it's a bug. With the morgana binding, I definitely got hit by it because it dissapeared, but how did I get hit by it if my alpha strike cast time had completed? I should've been invulnerable. And furthermore, how do you come out of invulnerability cc'd? No they did not wait to use the cc after I alpha'd.

I can provide video evidence from a replay if needed but don't have the time at the moment.
