[CLIENT] If my selected ban is banned right before i lock it in, i am considered a dodger/leaver

This is the second time it's happened in two months. I get a leaver cooldown for "dodging" a draft pick game because my selected ban was banned before i had time to lock them in, and i did not have time to even select a second ban.

I thought you fixed this?
