Champs not taking Damage

This past week I have noticed this several time. I used the report system to report a few but if continues to happen. I keep seeing chaps not take damage. This last game of ARAM I was . There was also a and I am taking that into account. On 2 separate occasions my ult did not damage or knock up people. I asked if she ult me and if that somehow cancels my ult, she didn't respond... Morg was dead I killed her a few seconds earlier and her shield was not present. I landed my ult on I think it was with no knock up or dmg. No other champ had CC prevention and he didin't have items at the time to block it.

The second time this game I landed an oh so perfectly stacked and . Twitch had which may have blocked my ult but Trist did not, taking account for morg as well. Morg was to far away.

Another game a while back i9 reported a because she dove a tower took about 4-5 turret shots, but the last turret shot did NOT damage her. This is taking her shield into account that she use in the dive. This happened 2-3 that I saw in that game (Norms 5v5). This was the first time I was like WTF I know that just happened. Earlier this week a few time I was like GD this fool won't die and even I thought I should have died on occasion. I will start to record my games again to post more info. Has Anyone else seen this.
