Will keep making threads until this gets ANY Riot attention. Can't believe they are updating the jungle creeps but leaving this game-breaking bug.

Just checked on live and it's fixed. Reinforced Armor gives 75 Armor and MR bonus when no enemy minions are nearby. Although, the tooltip isn't working -_-

Will knock that out today.
