Patch 5.13 launcher black screen

So I haven't logged into League for a few days because I haven't been home, and when I got back, I tried to launch League. When the launcher popped up, the "Launch" button didn't show up, and the entire area below is just black with no content in it at all (picture attached)

I've googled it and couldn't find an answer, I've posted on the forums, no answers, I've restarted my PC, restarted the client, ran it as admin, reinstalled the game, repaired the client, etc., and NOTHING is working

If anybody is having this problem and/or knows how to fix it, please share your solution. This is extremely annoying

Update: Day 2 of the client giving me the black screen and won't let me launch, and still no one has posted here. What a surprise. Thanks, League of Legends boards! So helpful!
