Trinket goes on cooldown when not used
i got a trinket then i swapped it for another i didn't use it yet and it goes on cooldown for no reason

Straight from the Wiki:
However, changing a trinket will disable all trinket-use for 120 seconds even if another trinket is purchased, regardless of its type.
