Enemy claimed kill of execution

Ekko was hugging tower being the only one survived a skirmish. I Zyra hit him under tower with my Q/W plant. Tower's aggro turn on to me and killed me. Turned out Ekko claimed the kill instead of counting it as an execution. Ekko did not hit me for the duration and before.
