Mordekaiser Ult Bug

Experienced in game after killing a champion with an ultimate, my ghost got stuck inside a bush and would not move automatically or from control movement. Even with an enemy champion standing on top of the ghost it didn't even attack. It wasn't until I got too far out of its range that it teleported back to me and did normal movement commands.
