Launcher Issues

Sometimes(almost every time) that I launch league, no client will open but 3-4 processes for league will appear in task manager. I have to close these, and try to launch the client again....and again and again. Until the stars align and it happens to load properly. Its been happening for years, but has become very common more recently. Sometimes the client will open, but will just be all black and never load. Are issues like this being ignored until the new client gets pushed?
