Celerity description RFE

Currently, the celerity mouseover, is a bit unclear.

it says something like

(gives you X% bonus movement, and y% of your bonus movement is converted to AD/AP)

I believe it functions as, "y% of ALL bonus movement is converted".

As such, please add in the word "all" to the description. Otherwise, it sort of implies (just the movement bonus that celerity gives). Which is a little odd, but a straightfoward reading.
