Movement Glitch

I have been playing with friends a lot lately and it has happened several times in the past 2 days. I am running into my mid lane inner tower from the fountain (bottom side), and when I arrive under tower, I glitch about 1000 units forward almost to where my next tower would've been.

I died because of this glitch and hope that it gets fixed soon, since that is a code error rather than a gameplay error on my part.
