[CLIENT] If you havent "Started your climb" yet you can't view the "ranked" page on friends profiles

If you, say, do not have a flex queue rank yet, you can't actually view the flex queue rank of friends - when you click the "Ranked" tab and then "Flex 5v5" or "Flex 3v3" you only get an introduction to ranked queues and a "queue up" button - you are prevented from viewing the ranks on your friends' profiles.
