[Beta Client]Play button grays out [Gameplay]Scoreboard names

Sometimes in the beta client, the play button will gray itself out and you will be unable to play a game. When this happens, the only solution I've found is closing and reopening the client.

This typically happens after a game, but has happened before I even played one on at least one occasion.

Another bug in the client I've noticed that started this patch in particular is that the champ select chat will sometimes not autoscroll.

Another unrelated bug to this is when I am in game and checking out champions via the scoreboard, sometimes their summoner name will not show up when I mouse over their champion's portrait on the scoreboard. Sometimes their club name will be the only thing that shows up. Sometimes neither shows up. Unable to take in-game screenshots, unfortunately, I hope this explanation suffices.
