It's a visual bug that occurs in game

It is a visual bug, if you notice it once you load into a game simply restart as fast as you can so it fixes itself. (Other than that there is no real way to fix it.)

For your own information... This is caused by an action of yours, I believe. "Alt-Tab"'ing out of the loading screen tends to bug your HUD, and you'll experience this.

To prevent it, please refrain from switching to a different screen/window until the game started, or don't switch at all.

To fix it, just exit the game and return.
