That Vladimir Q bug

Dear Riot,

I am enjoying reworked Vlad and I despite the fact that some people might disagree, I think it's a well-designed kit with lots of good ideas behind it. The only thing getting in the way of my fun is the empowered Q bug that's been documented before.

When cast too early, Crimson rush Q just won't heal me but Q will go on cooldown. Here's another recording of it:

Fortunately I survived that encounter but next time I won't be so lucky. Please save me?

I also like vlad, but when you cast Q under Pool you are basically not allowing the Q return projectile to hit you even thought that is not the case and its actually something that is not supposed to happen since some effects do occur while under the pool. I personally believe that the new vlad is bad for one simple fact, that he is way easy to telegraph now. I mean, just look on his Q bar and you will just have to stay away for the duration since the normal Q does no as much damage. Somewhat the same with the new E even though I Believe it is a bit better for some cases now. Problem is that vlad if played top now he is way weaker with most encounters but played mid he is way stronger than before. So basically now he is a mid laner with easier to telegraph moves, he scales better late and falls off really late compared to late game beasts (Veigar[but it is only one champ so ok]) which is normal ofc.

He is more interesting now but his clear can be worse than before, but who cares.

Try out a full hp build for vlad, its hilarious. Warmog's armor as well.

(E+W scale from Hp, Q does % missing hp Heal, passive gives not much but some Ap from HP)

You pool b4 the blood comes back to u, so u don't get healed, theres no bug here, case closed.

However it happens every 5 q's or so that your enpowered q isn't enpowered, now THAT is something to complain about.
