Vel ult yas w
Ok so why does vel's ult go through yas's wind wal, if his w can block blitz q then by all means the deffination of the word projectile is somethign that is ranged. Either clarify what is a projectile or just fix this bug

A projectile is something that flies or travels on its own. Vel'koz W is not attached to him, his ult is attached to him, it's not a projectile.
You obviously don't know what a "ray" is.
Blitz Q is his hand being shot and even if it's bound to his body with a chain it's something that is throw at you while a Laser is a continous flow of energy.
Windwall blocks projectiles.
A projectile is anything with a travel time.
Life Form Disintegration Ray does not have a travel time.
QED, Life Form Disintegration Ray is not a projectile and should not be blocked by Windwall
