The skins tab doesn't acknowledge chromas for default skins as chromas. Is this intentional?

I own a total of 8 chromas:

• White Victorious Graves (Chroma)
• Bronze Darius Forge (Chroma)
• Scorch Orange Fizz (Chroma)
• Noble Ivory Garen (Chroma)
• Blue Prime Lucian (Chroma)
• Yellow Prime Lucian (Chroma)
• Turquoise Cottontail Teemo (Chroma)
• Obsidian Officer Vi (Chroma)

But the skins tab only shows that I own 3 due to the fact that these 3 are associated with actual champion skins:

• White Victorious Graves (Chroma)
• Turquoise Cottontail Teemo (Chroma)
• Obsidian Officer Vi (Chroma)

Is this intentional? Shouldn't ALL of the chromas we own be shown rather than just the chromas for skins?
