[Gameplay] - "DataLogging" in chat

This just showed up in the chat while doing a bots game. No idea how or why it happened, or how to reproduce.

I am also getting this in every game that has an aatrox. Those games also get much higher ping then usual and occassional dc's or freezes (where I still see everything in real-time but I can't make any commands myself).
