Similar to how you did it with the S1 Trailer, why not do it for A New Dawn? It'd be funny seeing 
facepalm herself with a tree :D

If they haven't already, then it's unlikely.
Creating bloopers in a cartoon is just more animation, including extra animation, foley and voice acting (someone has to do those growls, groans and grunts). They were willing to do the blooper reels when the game was new. However, now that we're dealing with a mega international company, corporate phrases like "focusing resources" has become part of their mantra (which I think goes against what they used to stand for, but that's just me).
I would have liked it, but it doesn't seem too likely at this point. The Urf bit in the first one is my favorite thing.
