PBE Issues

I am trying to get into game on the PBE and it says I am unable to connect, check my connection and try again. When I go to report the bug, it says my username and password are incorrect, which is not true at all. Those issues aside I have found that if Warwick ults while using predator, his ult will end early if using the predator active. What can I do to actually use the PBE, I found that Warwick bug in the practice tool. I want to actually be able to play the game to help find the bugs that need fixing, and I can't do that if I can't play.
