I lost some skins!

I had the Draven Draven skin and the Scorched Earth Xerath, those were the only skins I lost by the way, when the new 6.9 patch came out, I went to check what happened to my Draven Draven skin. The way I noticed my Draven Draven skin was gone, was by me playing Draven and not seeing the skin, the same most likely will happen for Xerath. I went to check and see if that happened to any of my other champions, then I see scorched Earth Xerath is GONE! I love playing Xerath, he is my second main. Give it back please Riot Games. I spent my money and I would like them back, my summoner name is CheshireGame on the North American servers if you need it to give me back my skins. Comment if this also happened to you.
