Possible Ekko Ghost Bug [Gameplay]

First off I want to get started by saying that I'm reporting this as a POSSIBLE bug because I'm not 100% sure that my own lag didn't cause it. In fact there's a good chance it did... But this could be one of those weird instances where the lag actually benefits me if that's the case.

Basically, I thought I was seeing the enemy Ekko's ghost appear in the mid lane when he was in the top lane. I went into replay to verify and what I found was a little confusing. On the replay, it looks like I was wrong and it seems all I was seeing was the very tail end of Ekko's ghost for an instant as he moved up the river, so he was already almost in top lane when I saw the ghost in mid which threw me off a bit. It didn't really look like what I saw in game though, in game it looked like the ghost kind of just appeared for a second in the mid lane then vanished. But when I toggled the fog of war on in the replay so I could only see what my team would have seen, I saw nothing... So I'm assuming I shouldn't have been able to see the ghost at all. This is why I said it could be attributed to minor lag spikes I was having throughout the game, maybe my game "thought" that he wasn't as far up the river as he really was and then quickly corrected itself.

I thought this was important to post anyway because, well, if by chance the replay didn't accurately capture what I saw, having Ekko ghosts appear at random points could be problematic. I noticed it happen twice in that game, could not accurately find what I thought I saw in the replay, and it's not the first time I've seen this happen... Could it be that Ekko's ghost just isn't always hidden well if it's close to the edge of the fog of war?

Sorry I can't get into more specifics and really tell you how to reproduce it or show it happening because I wasn't streaming what I saw live. I don't really expect any action to be taken because of this post, mostly wanted to talk about this strange observation you could say.

Quoting this comment below because I feel it gives a much better description of the issue

{quoted} Ekko enters fog of war with the ghost out, you stop being able to see the ghost, he reappears, the ghost reappears where you lost vision of it for a brief moment and quickly spasms around until it appears where it should be.

Another edit: One more thing I want to mention, I did know the enemy Ekko was in the top lane or moving to the top lane, because map awareness, but the ghost appearing in mid both times made me second guess myself so I didn't immediately ping my top laner back. That has a huge impact on the game, which is why I really wanted to know if it was a bug or just lag.

Yeah, this bug has existed since his release. Ekko enters fog of war with the ghost out, you stop being able to see the ghost, he reappears, the ghost reappears where you lost vision of it for a brief moment and quickly spasms around until it appears where it should be. I've reported this bug several times, and like the Aurelion Sol bug where his spheres did the same thing that interrupted a pro game, it's existed forever, they knew about it, and they just don't care enough to fix it.
