Cannot change Rune Page Names

Cannot change the name of my rune pages. If I just change it without changing any runes, the save button doesn't appear. If I try to change it while changing runes, once I click the save button the name goes back to the original name. Please fix!

Edit: Right now only way to save the name is to change it then click the "league of legends" button in left corner and get the "you have unsaved rune pages. do you want to save" by clicking yes it does save. But that's only way
