The Mastery "Bladed armor" doesn't do anything.

I noticed while playing cho'gath jungle that the debuff on the monster (It was gromp) wasn't actually lowering the monsters HP at all, I noticed this while I was waiting for my Ult to come off of cooldown. I really hope this gets fixed because I've been using this mastery for a long time and only now realized it didn't work.
