Server crash/ Error loading Directx

I just qued into a ranked game for my first match in promos been playing league off and on with no problems then all of a sudden as im loading into the load in screen its crashes and gives me this error msg saying something about a DirectX error that has never happened before. I not only crashed but the jungler along with the support all crashed. The game was in 5 mints before I was able to log back in. I have become frustrated with Riot and there lack of correcting the server issues. When is enough gonna be enough?
