im sitting here with the launcher open saying "game still in progress..." after the loading window failed to appear after a successful aram que. I already tried closing and reopening the client and nothing changed. I better not be penalized for afk.
Im literally on hour 5 right now and the "game in progress..." screen is still displaying and preventing me from playing.
Update: I restarted the client again and now have a D- in my match history. This absolutely needs to be removed from my record. At no point was my computer or connection at fault, this was an error in the game software and I should not be penalized for that. I'm awaiting a response confirming this will be handled accordingly.
Update: Upon attempting to download and view the match I got a warning message saying a critical error had occurred with the game and it asked if I would like to create a dump file and then asked if I would like to create a full memory dump. I did and now have a .tmp file but am unsure how/where to share this file though I do know where it is saved for future reference.
edit: upon attempting to view the downloaded match file I am presented with the same error message even after closing and reopening the client
just attempted playing a new match and upon the game trying to open hte loading screen im presented with another "critical system error" and am now left with only the reconnect button which presents with another error. I created another dump file.
