The '10 second freeze' from first time opening shop in a game is getting
worse and worse each patch.

I have a relatively garbage computer (actually, probably considered equal to a business laptop in the form of a box) and haven't gotten this yet, but I've seen other people get it consistently. Looks annoying as hell though.
